Focus, feedback, and momentum

My coaching services are completely customized for each client. I believe that coaching works best when conducted individually or in small groups. These settings foster the greatest focus, the most specific feedback, and the most sustained momentum. I work closely with clients to design each session.

I generally work in three ways:

  • executive coaching sessions (half-day or full-day, individually or in a series)
  • follow-up consultations by phone, Skype, videoconference and Telepresence (individually or in a series)
  • small-group seminars combined with individual coaching sessions.
